This easy-going yoga practice is designed to relax your mind and gently stretch and relieve tension in your body before you go about your day.
Beginning with some breath work (pranayama) to invigorate the body and focus the mind, we will then move into a gentle flow of postures that will open up your body gradually with an emphasis on proper alignment. Suitable for beginners and students looking for a gentle practice.
