Join Herbalist Lori Snyder on a walk-a-bout to discover the 'wonder of weeds’. Learn to identify what's growing around you as well as how to incorporate wild foods and medicines into your diet and lifestyle. Discover natural ways to make skin care products, infused honeys, vinegar mineral tonics and more! Meet in lobby of Newton Recreation Centre, 13730—72nd Avenue 3:00-4:30pm. We will be walking outside so dress appropriately!
