Event Description
Making cheese is easy and fun…even without cultures, rennet and all the waiting…come and learn how to make ricotta, queso fresco and mozzarella in less than one hour and with only a few ingredients!
We will also explore vegetarian cheeses and you’ll receive other recipes and samples!
You’ll bring home your own sample from the cheeses you create…
When: Saturday July 09 from 10 AM to 1 PM
