Event Description
Four amazing cheese workshops to choose from this coming weekend with cheese making expert David Rotsztain. Choose from 3 beginner classes and one advanced course. You'll learn to make fromage frais, paneer, blue cheese, cheese curds, yogourt and kefir in the beginner class. If you've already taken the beginner class or have experimented at home take on the advanced course where you'll learn: Knead mozzarella, Brine feta cheese, Make swiss style hard cheeses. Be enlightened about goats milk, goats milk cheeses, and the making of the most delicious chevre.
