Learn the basics of canning, how to preserve fruits, sauces and low risk foods. You’ll bring home your own fruit jam and will learn troubleshooting and how to can many more recipes. If you have already attended our Fermentation 101, 102, Pickling and Fruit Vinegar workshops this is your next step towards food security and a future without food waste!
