Event Description
Laura Cuthbert of Kudoz will be sharing her knowledge of BC Ghost Towns with you. Laura has been heading into BC’s abandoned towns for as long as she can remember, but 8 years ago she started properly documenting her time. Join her in learning the often bizarre history of BC’s abandoned towns. Through Laura’s storytelling: you’ll find out more about historical documentation, environmentalism, preservation, and some of the trouble BC’s backroads have brought her way. The presentation takes place Wednesday, January 18 at Surrey City Centre Library, 10350 University Drive. Doors open at 6:00pm, presentation starts at 6:30pm. The event is free and all are welcome!
